The Annex Commitee is a Standing Committee of the Medical Students' Society of McGill University (MSS) and is empowered with overall and immediate responsibility for the daily operations, long-term planning and financial arrangements of the Annex in addition to space allocation and booking, as well as repairs and building improvements.

Structure

The Annex Committee is structured as follows:

• A Chairperson/Building Director (VP Social Affairs)
• Annex Representative Senior (Med-2)
• Annex Representative Junior (Med-1)
• MSS President
• MSS VP Finance (Annex Treasurer)
• MSS Executive VP
• A representative taken from the classes of MDCM I, MDCM II, MDCM III and MDCM IV.
• One representative from each associated societies.
